Structure & Organisation

The company is divided into divisions, each of which specialise in a particular process area.
 
Administrative functions, finance, project sales, procurement, IT, technology, quality and marketing are all handled by common staff divisions.

The company was founded on 1 April 1967, and was one of Denmark's first businesses to exclusively act as an subcontractor without its own products. The company's scope of activity was the cutting and bending of sheets.
 
Over the years, the company's scope of activities has been expanded to cover many areas within sheet metal and plate work, and today the group acts as a steel service center and external supplier of anything from profiles and components right up to fully assembled units delivered in a customised logistics collaboration with our customers.
 

In 2003 IAI Holding A/S was established as holding company of Ib Andresen Industri A/S and a group of other companies. Since then the group of companies under IAI Holding has grown to include Ib Andresen Industri in Hungary, Ib Andresen Industri in Thailand and EuroProfil in Sweden and Norway
